What is stored
We store your email address, optional display name, account authentication details, completed lessons, saved resources and last opened lesson. These support your membership and let you continue learning across devices. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth, not stored as readable passwords by this app.
What you control
You can reset learning progress in My workspace and sign out on shared devices. Your browser stores session credentials to keep you signed in. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them. To request account access, correction or deletion, contact scott@logicflowai.com.au.
Service providers and retention
Supabase provides authentication and the database, with the primary database hosted in Sydney. Vercel hosts the website. Provider operations and backups may involve other locations. We retain account and learning records while your membership is active or until a deletion request is completed, subject to necessary security records and provider backup lifecycles.
Email and commercial offers
Membership includes account confirmation, recovery and necessary service messages. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Products and services may be offered within the platform; buying them is optional. Shared community posting is not yet available.
Videos and downloads
Files hosted by AI In Business use private Supabase storage and require a member account. A short-lived video link can remain available for up to five minutes after content is unpublished. YouTube and Vimeo videos connect to those providers only when you choose to load them; their privacy practices then apply.
